It's Over

I'm finally done with school....well for the semester at least. I'm so happy:)

So now I have time to talk about more exciting things...

The count down for our family vacation has begun. We leave next Saturday the 23. Yippee!!!

Jumanji

Right now I feel like I'm in the movie Jumanji. The weather is so crazy right now. I took pictures to document the craziness. I can literally feel the house shake every time the thunder go's ca-pow-bam!!!! It's 3ish in the afternoon and the sky is black.

Thankfully, we have not lost power........yet.

This is not our yard...it's our neighbors.

7 Years

On Monday, April 27th we celebrated our 7th anniversary. It kinda felt like a birthday because of all the cool stuff we got. We didn't get each other anything big just a bunch of small things. Cory got his workout protein shake stuff, cologne and I made him a wedding photo book. He got me a bunch of stuff for my Cricut, a storage container for craft supplies, a basket from Pottery Barn and a candle and soap from Williams Sonoma.

He also had a HUGE cupcake made in pink. I love cupcakes!!!

Project Time

We started, yet another project. I love painting and doing projects. This project is exclusively just for me:-} However, it will be just a little bit before we finish because this project requires many hours of manly labor and big tools.

Last night, I was on my way home from school it was about 7:00pm and I had a terribly long day. I was tired and just wanted to go home!!! Unfortunately, this very long train had another idea. I can't remember the last time I saw a train let alone stopped by one..... Anyway, I sat there for what seamed like an eternity. It was only about 7 minutes long but still seamed like forever. I had enough time to call Cory and tell him about the longest train in history and chat for a few minutes. By the time I got off the phone with him I thought I should take a picture of how far I could see down the track and just as soon as I did that relief was in sight because I saw the caboose. Yipee!!!!

Dog Park

A few weekends ago, I took Logan to the grand opening of the new dog park in Frisco. We had a ton of fun. It was kinda like the state fair for dogs. There were hundreds of people and everyone had a dog. I ended up getting 3 free frisbee's, a tennis ball, lots of dog treats and a $5 off coupon for the pet store!!! AWESOME!!!!

School Work Galore

I have 11 big assignment(labs, class presentations, papers, lesson plans for practicum, etc.) due this week....yep 11 between 4 classes. This is the most work I have had to do in one week in my entire college career. I am a bit over whelmed right now...I can't wait till this week is over. I must get back to the books as they say. Later!!!!

Out with the OLD and in with the NEW

We have had our old TV for 6 years so it was about time to get a new one. The old TV had terrible white fuzzy lines and it was no fun watching TV. We have not bought an entertainment center for the new TV....but we already know what we want. In the mean time, we have the new TV on our old dining room table.

My Spring Break is officially over :(

My week off was much to short!!

My Brother

James made it to Fort Knox and is settling in. He said that he is still going through processing so he has not started basic training yet. Once he finishes basic training which should be either the second or third week in May we can go visit him for family day. Hopefully, I will get to go.
